Our Cabernet Sauvignon has a loyal following for its approachable, user-friendly style.

Our 2008 shows rich ripe fruit balanced by a soft lingering finish. Medium ruby red in colour this wine has a lovely lifted nose of tobacco and spice with light tomato bush characters.

A soft, supple mouthfeel with ripe dark fruit flavour is balanced by spicy oak and fine tannins. A long textural palate with cool climate fruit of bell peppers and spice from French and American Oak makes this wine a popular choice for those looking for an easy-drinking red.

Ready to drink now or suitable for medium term cellaring up to 5 years. $16/bottle at cellar door and available at bottle shops.
